 Apple FM 98.5 Formerly 3APL

has reached the grand old age of 21 as of the 21st of October 2007. Apple FM has gone through a number of changes over the years and has had many addresses. It is now situated behind the Visitor Information Centre at 156 Main St. Bacchus Marsh.

Over the last three years it has been vitalized and now has presenters that start at 6am and cover most of the day and evening. For many years, while we were broadcasting 24/7, most of the time was covered by recorded music.

We have a competent early morning presenter Ian D who, with his knowledge and experience, is making the early part of the day an event to be listened to. Ian also has lots of contacts and presents interviews with local and international Artists. Listen and win tickets for shows and other events.

Other new presenters include Joan Jones, who has 10 years experience behind the microphone.
JJ aka Jennifer Jones on Saturday morning. Invites local bands into the studio for a chat, and to play their music.

Young presenters are not forgotten; Ryan Pinder plays Punk on Wednesday at 5pm and will be involved in a youth program to be started shortly, in conjunction with Moorabool Council.

James Holborn our Computer Administrator is a real Whiz and keeps all the computers in tip top shape.

Kenny J. aka Kendal Coombes has an interesting program called Freak Music for the Masses presented on Thursday at 5.30 pm, a show worth listening to.
